Seasoned beef brisket slowly smoked in the McCully Meats custom smoker, sliced and ready to serve. One full pan fees approximately 20-25 adults. (serving size 1/3 lb).

Seasoned baby back pork ribs smoked in the McCully Meats custom smoker. Five slabs served sauceless.

Cubed russet potatoes chilled and seasoned with herb aioli, fresh diced veggies. Half Pan feeds approximately 15-20 adults. Full pan feeds approximately 20-30 adults.

Traditional gumbo expertly seasoned and enhanced with chicken, sausage and seafood. Served with white rice and green onion. DOES NOT contain pork. Half pan (bowl) feed approximately 10-12 adults. Full pan (bowl) feed approximately 20-22 adults.

Brisket Gumbo
McCully's own slowly smoked beef brisket is the highlight of our southern flavored chili married with lean ground beef and a thick tomato based stew and yes, kidney beans are on deck!
Chicken & Dumplins
McCully Meats smoked chicken creates the perfect base to our silky, creamy soup which is then finished with hand made dumplings and just the right amount of vegetables to complete this meal.

Dinner Rolls Half Pan/Full Pan
Wheat dinner rolls served with spreadable sweet butter. Half pan is approximately 35 rolls. Full pan is approximately 70 rolls.
Bottled Water
Delivered chilled or room temperature. Minimum order of 20 bottles. Additional bottles $0.75 ea.
Soft Drinks
Canned soda in various flavors. Minimum order of 20 bottles. Additional bottles $1 ea.
Signed contract required to book catering orders. Complete an Event Order Form to gain access to the client portal for contract and payment.

McCully Meats brisket is waaay too good. The smoked chicken quarters are so tasty and juicy. And my whole family loves the mac and cheese. But for real, the brisket is the star. They should change their name to the Brisket Bully!

McCully Meats brisket is top notch. There are other smokers around here with pretty good brisket, but theirs is the best hands down. BUT have you had the gumbo though? The gumbo is literally the bomb.
