Return and Refund Policy

DestiNee Events reserves the right to decline to work with a client, vendor, venue or event that does not fit our brand or is not aligned with our areas of expertise.  Event service or product fees are refundable only within 72 hours of payment.  After 72 hours, non-refundable fees may be transferred to a different product or service with such credit being valid for a maximum of 180 days.  Client must follow the pre-arranged payment schedule as defined in the quote, invoice or contract with event payment completion a minimum of 21 days prior to the event to guarantee service on the date of the event.  Event support/service may be cancelled in the case of a natural disaster, illness/epidemic/pandemic concern, or concern for the safety of the client or event staff/support on the date and time or in the location of the event, regardless of payment.  Remuneration may or may not be provided in these cases, as is the sole discretion of DestiNee Events.
